Windows Action Center Please Help

ok im starting to get annoyed by this damn program anyone know how to get it to stop blocking my security suite? ive looked through the settings and cant find anything to allow my avira suite to stop being blocked by this damn program.

Are you sure it's Windows action centre blocking the program,
I thought it only notified you about problems.

cant see it being anything else as its a suite so it controls malware itself and action center is the only way i can get it to upgrade.
