Windows Explorer Not Working At Startup

Hi Team

I've been having some random issues with my Windows Explorer (i.e., the taskbar) which freezes when I start up my PC. This means that the Start / Search button doesn't work. All my programs pinned to the taskbar will not appear etc.

Is there a way to fix this? Currently, all I do is restart my PC once or twice and it will magically work again.

I'm still on Windows 10.

I would open an elevated cmd prompt and run sfc /scannow as a first port of call

Can you take a screenshot of your windows update page?
