Is an option in the builder...
I just want to know if its transferable to a different machine if i remove it from the orginal pc its installed on

this seems to be the case with the cheap looking price tag but i just want to get clarrification

All the operating systems you can get from PCS are OEM versions which means they are tied to the machine with which it is bought, so it is not transferable to another machine.

once you have purchased your PC, you may be able to purchase a copy over the phone, that way you'll have control over which computer to install it to
