Wireless card

I've got the WIRELESS 802.11N 300Mbps/2.4GHz PCI-E CARD , Suddenly it stop receiving wifi. (have to use Ethernet)
any fix for this?

If the machine is new, did you attach the antenna for the wireless card (they would've been in the welcome pack)?

Nah, had it quite awhile now, tried moving the antenna around, still not picking up any signal? and the driver manager only has Ethernet etc

What do you mean by "driver manager"? Do you mean device manager?

Checked just recently and no updates,

Sounds like the card has failed. Might be worth unplugging it and trying it in another slot, see if that makes a difference.
