Recently, I bought this computer from pcspecialist. There's a problem with the fan of the computer. The top fan of the case doesn't work. I'm not sure if that's intentional. Need your help guys T-T

The lights on but the fan is dead?

One simple thing you can try, follow the wire from the fan to the motherboard (or fan controller if you have one). Wherever it plugs in, unplug it and re connect it. Make sure the system is off before you do this...

If it still doesn't go the fan itself is probably dead. You have 2 options, get a new one from PCS ( you wont need to send the system back, its super easy to fit one). You could also just grab one from the high street or online and do it yourself, theyre about £10 delivered. Also depending on your full spec you could just leave it, I think that case has loads of fans already yeah?

Yeah, it has 5 fans and 4 of them are working. I will do what you've said later because I'm still in colege. Thank you very much. If that fan doesn't work, what fan could you recommend?. Some people say that noctua fans are good.

A generic blue led one will do fine. Getting a noctua is overkill, especially with so many other fans in the system
