If you need your order quicker than our current estimated lead times, we offer a fast-track manufacturing service for an additional charge. The fast-track service will ensure your order is manufactured in the next available build slot and pushed through production by a dedicated production manager.

Service & Limitations

When you order a fast-track service we do not guarantee that we will deliver the goods within this timescale. Very occasionally problems can occur during production which may prevent dispatch within this time frame. If we do not meet the dispatch deadline your fast track surcharge will be refunded.

By ordering a fast track service, your order will be prioritised and barring any unforeseen problems your order will be dispatched within this timeframe. Once your order is dispatched this service is seen as complete, and any subsequent delays in delivery of your order will not constitute grounds for refund of the fast track surcharge.

When is the first day of the service?

If you place your order before midday, the first working day will be the day your order is placed. If you place your order after midday, the fast track service will commence from the next working day.
