Problem with new gaming desktop

Hello, (I will post the pc specs below)

I received my new gaming desktop from PCS this morning and everything seems to work, all except no signal to my monitor. (except very, very rarely)
The monitor is showing No Signal the majority of the time, until I turn everything off, unplug the power cable and gently push the connection cables to the gpu (which are already in all the way) which then, for about 1 minute gives me signal to the monitor. I got as far as windows updating (maybe 4 minutes total) until a beep happens, the fans suddenly become louder briefly, and then back to no signal on the monitor. Most of the time, there is just zero signal. The rgb lighting works on the pc, the fans work (albeit they are quite loud which may be due to the cpu cooling?) and there is one beep when I turn the computer on. There is one more beep that happens if, very rarely, there is a brief connection to the monitor, upon which the fans go faster and then no signal happens again.
I have tried hdmi cables and display cables in the gpu and motherboard, but nothing has worked. I have another computer from pcs and it works with the same cables to the same monitor. The gpu is seated properly, and I took both side panels off the ensure the connections were in and not loose, and everything is connected it seems... I think that the gpu is faulty, but I was wondering if anyone has any idea what else the issue could be..? If anyone has any ideas, I would love it if you could help, thanks.

Yes, I'll get those photos taken and post them asap! Also, I managed to get onto safe mode UEFI bios settings, and the display is not turning off! Does this help solve the issue I wonder, as if I boot normally, the beep happens and the display turns off.
Thanks for the reply btw!

Apologies for the messy photos - As you can see, the signal stays on when I am on this screen. If I boot normally, the fans go faster for a moment, followed by one beep noise, and then "No Signal" on my monitor.

I actually sent the computer back to Netherlands for repairs and it was the gpu that was faulty.
Now a new problem - I am stuck at "defaultuser0" and still have not even managed to get this computer running. What do I have to do to get this working..? I have sent pcspecialist an email about this but have yet to get a reply.
The good news is the horrendous fan noise has been fixed (the front fans were actually hitting the mesh causing a lot of noise) so the computer is nice and quiet now, and I have an image on my screen.
The issue as mentioned - I was asked to choose my language, and then, the computer said that it needed to restart due to some issue which gave me no other options, so I did, and then, I am met with "defaultuser0" which needs a password. Please, can someone please help me to get this computer working??

Are you trying to reinstall Windows? The defaultuser0 userid is the initial user profile that the Windows setup (OOBE) uses, it's typically deleted when you've specified the actual account you want to use. That you're looking at it suggests that there was a problem with the Windows install....

Hi, thanks for the reply! I actually did have to re install windows using a usb. Everything is up and running now, only for one final issue. This issue was mentioned along with the main issue of the monitor not registering which I wrote as the problems to get fixed when I returned the pc to the Netherlands. I thought that it was fixed, but it unfortunately, the issue persists. The front mesh net that sits just on front of the fans on the front of the computer is hitting two of the three fans. I have taken the net out (easy to do thankfully) to check, and the net is extremely loose. I was wondering if not having this net attached will be ok..? Thanks for the help so far!

Yes, will be fine to leave the mesh out, it’s simply to reduce dust entering the system.

But I would raise it with PCS, they may know of a way to tighten the mesh or send you a replacement mesh panel.

In the long term you want the mesh on the case as it heavily reduces dust build up inside
