Is out of warranty, I believe has been flashed wrong and wrong firmware, as running idle is hot 42 plus and cpu is loaded when only in home screen, when shutting down, takes too long and after screen goes off fans ramp to max , then it shuts down. so presumption is firmware is wrong or bios. hence trying to locate .If it's a PC Specialist system you'll want to phone them. If it's a system by someone else you'll need to contact that company, and/or get advice on an open forum like Tom's Hardware.
If you're saying you or someone else flashed the wrong BIOS, be aware that's usually going to void any warranty.
No, clevo don’t supply BIOS, only the supplier company, as in PCS, you’d need to contact them directly. This is the strange thing, in cpuid says mb is n870 board, on laptop sticker says is n850 board or chipset ?!!!, could this be an issue as stated possible bios firmware flash is wrong bios etc, also checked clevo web and no bios to download , does not list a bios in the download section for n870 or n850 either.
The only other option is a custom BIOS, but that's not something we can help with on this forum.Have contacted them, and as warranty has run out, and I am not the original owner, and don't know who that is, they cannot help me, as ownership needs to be transferred, which is impossible, so no help there.

I am not the original owner, so cannot access pc specialists in order to download original drivers and firmware etc.
I'm in full agreement with this. You're assumption that the BIOS must be wrong is the very last in a line of possible causes, in any case updating the BIOS is always the very last thing you should be trying - and certainly not the first. My friend, this is not a bios issue. All high performance laptops go this way sooner or later. It is a heating issue. First you should open the back of your laptop and just vacuum clean everything from dust. If that doesn't help you need to replace the fans and/or the heat sinks if you can get a hold of spare parts that work. Other than that Your CPU or GPU has just had it's happier days. The former user may have done a lot of overclocking, but it could be just normal use. That is the price you pay for performance.
