Eeesh, I’d probably recommend cancelling altogether and starting afresh. There’s no real benefit to having a liquid cooled system outside of very specific uses. For most of us mere mortals you’re much better off with an AIO cooling setup. And if you’ve got a healthy budget like that you could have an epic (and completely maintenance free) system.

If you can let us know the answers to a few questions we’ll be best placed to advise...

Maximum budget for the system?

Uses, will you be gaming, streaming, editing, making music etc?

What monitor will you be using? A make and model or resolution and refresh rate would be useful info.

For your current monitor, the 3070 is the highest spec GPU I would recommend. It will let you crank graphics settings up to near max settings and hit high frame rates.
The build does give room for an upgrade to a higher spec GPU down the line, which is a good buy with an upgraded monitor.
