Hi there, before we make ant suggestions, we'll need some info. What is your budget, what are you using the PC for and what monitor(s) do you have (either make and model or resolution and refresh rate)? We'll also need the link that can be found at the bottom of the page you posted the spec from.

I see @Steveyg has beaten me to it with the Intel comment, I'd 2nd that and highly recommend looking into an AMD build, they're smashing it right now while Intel are lagging far behind.

I'm going to be using this pc to mostly run Flight Simulators such as Microsoft Filght Simulator. My budget is around £2000 including accessories. In terms of monitor, I dont know what to go for. Maybe the Samsung LC32JG53FDUXEN 32-Inch Curved Full HD 144Hz. https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/saved-configurations/intel-z490-pc/jPUpgdD0WV/

Also what AMD cpu would you suggest?

The build you've linked to is currently at about £2K and doesn't include any accessories. Is there a seperate budget for the monitor? And what accessories are you talking about? Monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset?

And personally, I'd advise against that monitor. It's 32 inches and at only 1080p, it'll look very blurred. For 1080p we tend to recommend 24 inches.

For CPU, the 5600X is a strong option. It's a great gaming CPU currently. If you're looking to do more CPU intensive tasks like streaming or video editing then the 5800X would be the go to.

It depends on the budget, usually the 5600X is a solid to high end CPU but if you really want to push the boat out the 5800X is "THE" gaming CPU in my opinion

There is no seperate budget sadly.
By accessories I mean anything except the computer itself that is needed - Mouse, Keyboard, Monitor, Headset, Mousepad.
Is there any specific monitor that you would recommend?
For the mouse im going with a Redragon M711-FPS Cobra FPS Optical Switch.
For the Headset I've decided to keep it cheap - ROCCAT Elo X Stereo Cross-Platform Stereo Gaming Headset.

For £2000, you can get a 1440p 144Hz build, which is much, much better than gaming at 1080p.

Let's start with the monitor. You could go for either the Samsung G5 (curved) or the AOC Q27G2U (non-curved). These are under £300. If we go for the slightly cheaper AOC monitor and then budget £100 for the rest of the peripherals (which won't get you good quality, but they are by far the easiest things to update later), we then have a £1650 budget for the tower itself.

We will go AMD with the 5600X, ideal and sufficient for gaming, the Radeon 6700XT (ideal for 1440p), faster RAM (though less of it: ideally MSFS wants 32GB, but I don't think it can fit in your budget), a better storage configuration (which could be configured to be cheaper if necessary), a better power supply, the stock cooler (fine for the 5600X), and a better WiFi card. This all comes in just £53 over the budget... We do have to change the case because the 6700XT is big.

I don't think i would need 2tb worth of storage. I would also prefer ssd over hdd.
Maybe a 250 gb nvme m.2 for the os and a 500gb/1tb ssd?

It's a fantastic build he managed to throw together

There's a whole world of depth to keyboards. Do you have any specific requirements? E.g. mechanical vs membrane? (Mechanical is much more expensive, but those who like them love them.) If you're not fussy, then there are plenty on Amazon at ~£20.
