should I get an agent to access my PC from PCS to see what they can do?
You just need to troubleshoot. At the moment we have no idea what the issue is.

There's nothing wrong with those temps at all.

Firstly, despite your experience, I would strongly recommend uninstalling Norton, it's beyond attrocious in the amount of system resources it uses and the bloatware. It doesn't provide any benefit over Windows Security.

Secondly, can you open cmd as administrator and type the following, then upload the text file which will be on your C drive:

wmic /output:C:\InstalledSoftwareList.txt product get name,version

Once Norton is uninstalled (you need to use the official uninstaller, won't work from programs and features)

Then you need to test it under load.

Firstly use Prime95 which will just stress the CPU.

Have task manager open sorted by CPU and HWmonitor also showing CPU and GPU and take a screenshot after about 10 minutes.

did I do this right?
Yeh there is nothing wrong with your temps at all.

Can you try to be more specific about what the problem you are experiencing is?

So far in all your screen shots there is nothing wrong with your memory usage and your temps. The only thing I can see wrong with your computer so far is you had Norton installed as already pointed out.

As @barlew says, there's nothing wrong with temps.

Chrome uses a lot of resources, I would advise against using it if you're worried about resources. Chrome has hardware acceleration enabled by default so depending what sites you have open will depend on resources used.

But there's nothing wrong with the above.

If you have any add-ons installed, disable them and test again.

The issue was my temps at idle would not be this high and normally when running apps such as games I never had any notification warning saying gpu temp is high until yesterday. Something is off with the temps and not sure why.

The only thing that may be the cause is that I had to reinstall my gpu drivers the other day and maybe that might be the reason. But overall the temps are not normal to what they usually are :/

Right so we are all on the same page here your problem is with GPU temps?

What makes you say there is a problem with your GPU temps?

What gave you the warning that GPU temps were high?

Like we have already said your temps on the CPU are not high, they are exactly where I would expect them to be.

Normally when’s starting my ox temps would be 22-27 normal, but when running pc now it’s on 32-40+.

I got the notification when running a game and playing it for a literally couple minutes and I have realised my frames have dropped from 200 down to 60-80
