And that's after running it twice more and removing the cooling pad.
Still in high 80's for GPU, but CPU well into 90's.
So cooling pads do help shave off a few degrees, and mine is only a basic one.
Software generally runs cooler as it's less of a consistent demand on the card.
Need to try...
I ran Fire Strike. That's the data for temperatures.
Only one core got into the 90's and GPU never got beyond 87.
Other components run cooler still.
This is with the cooling pad on.
I'll run it a few times, and without cooling pad.
Ran first strike 1.1 test a couple of times.

Scores around 21500. Cores can get in the 90C.
There's a Final Fantasy XV Benchmark too which can be downloaded. Works well giving a score and data etc.
