I did copy from the order page, but perhaps I clicked on the wrong one, as there were a couple of small updates. And to answer Scott, yes the pump lights up with programmable colours.

This is the cooler for reference. If it would be better suited for performance I would rather get a 240mm cooler, but if it is unnecessary then the other would be suitable too. The CPU is a 3600X, not sure how hot that runs.

Alright, thank you very much for your assistance (along with your fellow moderator), I will create a RMA request ticket tomorrow and look into purchasing a H80i for the system. Have a good night (assuming you're from Europe).

I'm honestly not sure the name either, its a 240mm PC specialist own brand AIO cooler, that was what was listed on the spec but for whatever reason it isn't accurate then. That said the case does definitely fit a 240mm, so what AIO would you advise?

The case would not fit a 360mm radiator, but the current one is 240mm so I suppose my question is would it be wise to get a 240mm radiator AIO if that is the superior cooler? Or is it unnecessary?

Thanks for your assistance, I will do that tomorrow and get a replacement cooler through PC Specialist. Which AIO cooler would you recommend replacing it with? You recommended the H80i but I was wondering about any further opinion, for example whether a 240mm radiator would be better, etc.

So would you suggest opening a technical support thread with their official support (didn't realise they even had them at the time other than through email because phone browsing sucks), or opening straight with a RMA request for the cooler?

Actually I tried holding both pipes and it seemed to me that both were cool even when the CPU was reporting 80 and the interface was very hot to the touch. I bought the computer 2 years ago, is the warranty still valid for the cooler with PC specialist? I'd also probably upgrade it as you advised.

So would the ideal solution here be to replace the cooler? Assuming it's pretty certain the pump is the issue?

Also, holding the pump onto the CPU didn't seem to make a difference, it continued to gradually increase in temperature.

Yes, an AIO, the FrostFlow 100 I think it's called. As far as I can tell all the connections are solid, the connection going to the 'AIO_PUMP' on the motherboard is seated. The pump itself seems well secured to the CPU and doesn't move about when touching.

None of these issues were present beforehand, but I only brushed the radiator fans and used the duster to remove dust from them, I didn't touch the cooler itself. Specs: Case PCS SR-620C MID TOWER CASE Processor (CPU) AMD Ryzen 5 3600X Six Core CPU (3.8GHz-4.4GHz/36MB CACHE/AM4) Motherboard...

A while ago I bought my PC from PC specialist. It's ran completely fine until now, however my CPU gradually overheats whenever I boot the computer now. When entering BIOS (it crashes shortly after fully booting) and looking at the temps it starts at around 60 then reaches 100 in not too long...

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Is this wireless card sufficient for playing games like CSGO and R6Siege without lag?

OK I'll try that tomorrow and let you know whether the issues persist. Also, I've read in several related threads that PCS offer device drivers for their products, specifically wireless cards, where can I find that?
