Are there any changes I 1should make to the general build of the AMD?

Hi I have read this and other posts on the forum which is why I was looking at AMD. My buisness partner knows whats being recommended but would prefer to stick with Intel as thats what this software was developed and tested with.

Thanks for the response, I figured it was a pretty specialist area but thought it was worth asking . Most of what I have read is very much in the favor of AMD and ther seems like little reason to go for Intel at the moment other than the reccomendationed specification supplied by the software...

Does anyone know of any issues running any 3D modelling/rendering programs using AMD processors over Intel? I have upgraded to Optitex 3D a cad system for the clothing industry and they only list intel in their system requirements. Having read the useful guides here and done some other research...
