I know its not a big deal, but its about 30 seconds to boot from scratch and then you have to open the apps again. Either way it should just work, I wonder if there's a BIOS issue, maybe someone @pcspecialist_ could comment or am I best of raising a ticket?

Thank you getting back to me, I don't think the the monitor wake command is the issue. I use face ID for login so even if the monitor isn't on the camera lights come on so I'm pretty sure the system isn't running.
