Small update: No response on the complaint, but now I noticed that under full black, the screen is weirdly lit in the left upper part, as well as bits of its left side. I took the best picture that I could. The dead pixel is also visible. Is this weird light something to worry about?

Whatever tests they're performing, a simple full black screen would've showed the dead pixels. You don't need eagle eyes to spot them and by saying two techs said everything is ok, makes this issue bigger than it should be. I will keep you guys updated and I hope that the fourth screen will...

Apparently I could've solved it myself. The screen is not connected properly, but, unfortunately, some of the back screws don't want to come out. RMA it is indeed. Thank you all for your replies
