My daughter's current desktop is an all in one HP Pavilion Ryzen 5 3550H, with only 8GB installable RAM. Would the Ryzen 5 5600x be a step up from that? At the moment the desktop we have can't handle streaming games without being extremely laggy and slow. Thanks
