Trying to fine tune spec for a new desktop- prome purpose to edit and burn blu-ray vids - high def yawns. Nearly there but wondering if any one knows whether the 17 960 would give noticable benefits over i7 930- or would it be worth going to a 6 core- setting a high spec, 12 GB DDR3, twin 1 TB hard drives, NVid GTX 480 1536MB. Had target of £2k but now creeping up. Maybe I should start a thread- first visit.
