No this is for a friend, posted a new thread because his budget is a bit more than mine and I don't know if there are any upgrades he could purchase compared to my pc.

I am looking to purchase a gaming pc budget of around £1800 - £2200. The main use will be for Cold War and streaming and I am currently playing at 1080p on a 240hz monitor.

Oh, I understand now max frames is the amount of hz my monitor is right? Yeah, I think I will wait for the 3060ti to release and purchase this pc. Thank you for your help.

Would the GPUs have a big difference in FPS which is what I am more concerned about.

I'm not a big PC person but I know that gaming is very dependent on the GPU. Wouldnt it be better to degrade the CPU to a Ryzen 7 3700X and upgrade the GPU.
