call FedEx support, there's no long waiting and they could find out what happened. Don't send email, They outsourced their email support to India which not really helpful. In my case, online support told me to send Invoice ASAP, then after get it, they asked me contact another email address...

Thanks :) So I brought RMx 1000, there should be 3 Sata cables, but in the welcome box there is only 1, so I think they are installed and hidden some where. I order the PC with only 1 NVMe, no SSD or HDD, maybe that's why they are hidden...

21 days. Thanks PCS! Love the PC Just insert my own MSI 3070. All works fine. Only issue is the cables for additional SSD. Looks like SATA cables and its power cables is no installed or hide some where. I guess I have to tear it down to figure out.

It seems all Irish hit this issue, mine was shipped 6th Feb and suppose to be delivered yesterday, but show still in Dartford UK. Contact FedEx for ETA for delivery, they told me I should provide them with a commercial invoice. Shouldn't PCSpecialist provide this when they ship the package...
