Got one of these through the post the other week for leaving a Review after a recent purchase, attempted to use it to transfer a few files from my old PC to my new one , but no joy , files wouldn't transfer across correctly , re formatted the drive just in case and still got no joy. Downloaded...

Any people had this issue or any ideas how to sort out. Reciently got my PC but having problems viewing bluray discs , PC cam with th LG BH10 rewriter , loaded the Power DVD9 software that came with the device but it wont play correctly (DVD's are fine) , get the volume but the picture sticks...

is the configurater on the main site actually refunding £6 when you upgrade the warranty from the Standard to the silver (usually £5 additional cost , which itself is a bargain ) , and if this is the offer is there any chance of adding 50 silver warranty's to my order before its built ?
