ok, some further information, the pc crashes after I have left the pc running a while, seems to go into sleep mode, then I can see windows followed by a crash. I have since changed my sleep settings to see if this has any effect

strange but the pc has not crashed today!!! but would be good to know what may have caused the issue? any thoughts?

also there are no updates outstanding on either

Hello Martin36, Appreciate the assistance, I have provided both types of updates above I have also been trying to download an update from battle.net for Call of duty Vanguard where the update keeps failing for some stange reason!! again never had any issues before
