Hi all, My PC arrived (yay!) but the case I’ve got - the Corsair 5000x - is a fingerprint magnet . Cant I swap out the panels for the 5000D ones? I.e the top, front and side panels? Thanks

Mine has been on awaiting dispatch today but the lovely chap at PCS mentioned it will be dispatched tomorrow and delivery for Friday. Here is hoping that I don't received a smashed PC again..

Hi all, Apologies if this has been answered (can’t seem to find a definitive answer). Is there any way to disable or remove the PCSpecialist Splash Screen through the BIOS? (Asus Strix Mobo). Thanks! Thomas

I did this, haven’t seen a change in times so far.

Update: I’ve changed the GPU to the 3090 Strix; the case to the 5000x; and added another 1TB m.2. I know it’s overkill, but I’ve always wanted to have a PC like this since I was a teenager so hey ho. Thanks for all the help ladies and gents!

Sorry - can I ask why I would need the 500GB m.2 over the 250GB please? I was only planning on having the OS on there I think. Sorry for my ignorance!

Thank you kindly for the input! I’ve changed the CPU to the 5900x to save a little money but keep adequate headroom. Ive also changed the casing to the Corsair iCUE 680x to get the extra fans.
