Do I really need a processor cooler that expensive. Will the Corsair H60 2018 Hydro Series High Performance CPU Cooler be ok?

ACER nitro

Getting a new pc. Almost bought HP Omen 30L. Need it for work, video editing and some gaming. (Warzone in particular). Got a quote for this with similar specs. £1300. Any thoughts?? No idea if this is too much or ok. Would like to be able to upgrade in future/ want it to last a long time. Case...
