    PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST order status guide

I love the new order status guide picture in the admin pages. (It's a colour-coded flow chart saying what's happening with your order in the various stages and where it goes to next.) Well done to whoever drew that! (who?) Gripe: "Normally <1 week" in pre-production? As if! :p

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST order number for sending a message

If you're logged in and click "New Message" to send a message to PCS staff, the form asks you for your order number. It would be cool if you had a drop down menu there with a list of all your order numbers, so that you don't have to remember it (or go back and look at your order list again then...

    PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST checkrate https

If you click the CheckRate verification button from the secure section of the site (i.e. you have logged in to your account and the address starts with https), then CheckRate says "invalid site". This makes you look bad. If you remove the "s" from "https", though, then the verification works.

Now I will give...

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST post quote/order to forum

After you run the configurator there's a link to post the specs to the forum (actually, I think it's to print them out in a nice copy-pasteable format?). But there doesn't seem to be a good way to get the specs from a quote or and order onto the forum just as easily. Would anyone else find this...

    PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Hello!

Hi, I'm Ramana. I'm moving to the UK from Australia in about 2 weeks for university, and I want to start the year right with a new computer. If I order soon it will probably arrive when I do! I posted the specs I'm considering in the Mini PC's sales advice forum. Does anyone read that, or...

I plan to use my new computer for the following tasks: web/email writing documents watching short videos which I'm sure has you thinking "get a cheap+efficient Mini PC", but here's the killer: compiling lots of code In particular, I work on software that can take up to an hour to build and...
