Manged to spill orange juice on part of my keyboard (I know, idiot) and some of the keys have gone sticky and its driving me mental. Don't really want to take off the individual keys as I don't wnat to break any of them, but is there another way I can take the whole thing off to clean it...

Think this is more of an OS thing rather than my laptop specifically but Adobe Illustrator and InDesign have disappeared from the All Programs folder on the start bar even though there are shortcuts on my desktop which work. How would I go about getting them back in the All Programs folder...
I bought an optimus II a couple of months ago and had no problems so far, but today I opened it (having not used it for a few days) and while I was using it some vertical lines appeared down the left hand side of my screen! I've restarted it again and the lines are still there.... anyone know...
