Thank you I have located the cpu fan inlet where it is connected I’ve de connected it and put it back in but it seemed to be in fine before i took it out. I'm thinking there must be power because when i initially turn the pc on they fire up for like 5 seconds then go off. Its very confusing :(

Hi @SpyderTracks sorry I am no computer whiz, I know next to nothing just thought strange they wasn't running. I have taken this picture if you can see the wire you mean. Sorry to be a bit stupid :(

Hi @steaky360 thankyou for the reply, these are the fans and they are never running they spin up when I start the pc but then go off and stay off I've never seen them running.

Hi any help would be appreciated, I have two fans on the front of the case with like a radiator (looks like a car radiator) behind them, are these fans meant to run all the time or just if the liquid in the cooling system gets to a certain temperature. Thanks again Case CIT DARK SOUL BLACK...

mine went into awaiting dispatch this morning at 6am, I spoke to live chat who said it will go out today. I forgot to ask if it does go out today will I definitely get a text off dpd or whoever and also if I dont get a text before 3 does that mean I wont get it tomorrow. Thanks again

I am in the same boat mate, I've been in testing since yesterday at 14:48, hoping it goes into dispatch tomorrow as I haven't got any notes on the order to say something has gone wrong in testing so fingers crossed. How long has yours been in testing buddy

thanks mate, I appreciate everything that's going on. When I ordered the predicted date was 12-14 days I know its gone up since then but surely it should be 12-14 days still for when we ordered as that was the lead time at the time of order. will wait to see if you get an update buddy!

Has anyone ordered on or around the 17th May further than pre-production? yes I know all cases are different etc just curious
