As we’ve been saying the entire thread, that there’s not much point waiting this long for a ti, which will make little difference at 1080p, 60Hz (the person I was responding to’s monitor), so you might as well save £50 and get a GPU now. Again, read this thread, that’s the whole reason why this...
If you’re playing at 1440p, why are you upset? I was saying how if you’re playing at 1080p, get the 3060 and save money, instead of the ti. Read the thread before you throw some half-baked comment out there
What are you planning on playing at 1080p, 60Hz where you need to buy a 3060ti? You can save £50 getting the 3060 or way more getting an older GPU and buy a new monitor now. Also, are you planning on buying a new monitor in a few months or a few years, as you’ve said both?
Feel like we go round and round in circles on this thread - if you’re playing in 1080p for the foreseeable future, stick to the 3060. Save yourself time and money and let someone else get the ti
I know the Minesweeper comment wasn’t especially sincere but still - have heard so many people not just on here, talk about wanting a ti to play games that would run on a 10 year old PC absolutely fine. Just save your time and money lol
Will also add that if you’re looking to mainly play stuff like RTS’s or games like Apex Legends, you absolutely don’t need a 3060ti. Save yourself time and money and get the 3060 and a good 1080p monitor lol
Think you’ve been waiting for the CPU specifically for longer than you think. There were a number of people who’d opted for the 3000 series of CPUs who’d gotten their orders in like 20 days a couple weeks ago. Think anyone who has a newer Ryzen on the way will wait longer than someone who doesn’t
