scrap the monitor from the budget! I can get that separately! 2250 just for the PC - no keyboard or mouse needed, I have windows that I can install myself. I can fork up the extra for the monitor fairly happily

I don't really have a budget... But realistically I don't want to be spending much more than £2,250. My "budget" has gone up as I've done some more research into parts that I would actually want, The extra money will go a long way for me and hopefully mean the machine would last longer before...

amazing! thank you! And yeah I know the monitor is a bit of an issue but my thinking is that I know i will upgrade that, and even if the current monitor holds back the performance slightly, i would rather have that extra capability ready for when I do upgrade!

Sorry, I wasn't very clear on that, I will be gaming on PC only - getting rid of my PS5. I currently use OBS on my laptop but would prefer to run it off of one PC if possible. May not be ideal but I think it would be better for me...

I wouldn't really want to go much more expensive than this to start but if i'm being real I could push it over £2k. I currently have an AOC monitor with 144hz refresh rate @ 1080. This is definitely in the firing line if an upgrade is needed but I feel it will suffice for now.

Thank you for this, I do just want to ask if a 3060 and water cooling is overkill? I will definitely have to take a look at my budget, I will have an extra bit of money laying around from selling the PS5 so maybe going for a higher spec one is worth while... Saves me doing upgrades in the near...
