    I found that the bracket fixing the cooler to the motherboard was bent. Once I straightened that and reapplied paste it seems fine. Getting 60 to 70 degC during gaming. And hits 80 on occasion on high use.

    Ok thank you for the reply. That starts to make sense. It's like it works but it's not great. I just googled the Corsair iCUE H100i PRO. It looks good. I may go for that. I wonder what it's noise level is like compared to the case fans I have above?

    I should also say I've set the case fans and CPU to 100% at 75degC
