Every driver is up to date, and everything is set on performance mode (charger energy settings, control center, etc...). The temperature is probably acceptable (for a laptop), but you can hear the fans through headphones, even with addition cooling pad, and the temperature is still 75-80 Celsius...

The pictures were from the 2009 benchmark, now I post the 2013 and 2017 ones

Cooler was very loud during the benchmark, CPU and GPU temperature was around 65-68 Celsius degrees

We got the standard warranty, we will do it if they answer, thank you for your help, it is just dissapointing, because as I said it was a birthday surprise present for my brother and the experience was very underwhelming when we tried it out
