Used ryzan master core optimizer to perform this and it dropped every core to between -26 and -28 . I know I have to start ryzen master when i start the pc, but just a click of the mouse and thought I could just see if its all stable and then copy the figures into the bios if that is needed ...

yep just focus on your CPU temp. if you look in I cue you will see that there is a shutdown coolant temp, mine is set out of the box at 70c :) H115i cooler. my fans never go above 1400 rpm, almost two years now, and with my fan curve, never had any issues and the coolant never got anywhere near...
