Just thought I would post this, but most of the time i run at 60% max pstate to avoid fan noise.
I only occasionally crank up when doing some big compilation or using an android emulator and suffer the fan noise.

Has anyone got brightness buttons working on the skylake lafité?
I'm running debian with a 4.2 kernel.
There is nothing in /SYS/devices/backlight
Tried various kernel boot params for acpi settings like backlight and so on.

but pressing results in no action, no acpi event, no key press or anything in xev
any clues anyone?
anyone got suspend working correctly in any linux distro?

actually, it was not assembled well.
the base didnt fit well and stuck out on one side
the lid didnt close square
the screen bezel stuck out on the top right corner
Anyone know anything or has evidence online? Was hoping I would have a new machine in time for the Manchester barcamp on the 26th. Not looking likely...:wacko:
