£1000 Quiet 2d Animation Station - AfterEffects/Premiere/Blender/FLStudio

Hi all! Input most appreciated!

I have a hopeful budget of £1000 for my new desktop. I will be using it for some video editing (1080p) and music making and 2d animation. My workflow will be dependent upon my nice Samsung tablet (for drawing) hence the inclusion of Windows Pro, which allows android tablet as input.

My concerns:
- I'd love this to be a super quiet build. The quiet cases seem to have disappeared ?, but would appreciate insight into how noisy this pc would be. Also, what case would be best.
- Relatedly, I'm a bit unsure about cooling options. What would I realistically need, and how would this affect noiseyness.
- I'm assuming I can easily in future expand RAM and SSDs for storage if needed. ?
- I had a boot drive on my last laptop and I'd rather avoid that setup.
- I'm not a gamer at all.

Heavy programs I use will be (links to specs):
- Aftereffects https://helpx.adobe.com/after-effects/system-requirements/earlier-versions.html
- Premiere https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pr...html/premiere-pro/system-requirements.ug.html
- Blender (not heavy rendering, just for layout) https://www.blender.org/download/requirements/
- FL Studio https://support.image-line.com/action/knowledgebase/?id=55&ans=214

From what I can tell from research for my needs a big GPU isn't a priority. I was considering a 2gb GPU but upped it to meets blender's recommended. I just want to check the system is balanced, the case choice and get advice about noise.

Thanks for reading!

A few questions if I may and for reference, I use Blender, Premier Pro, After Effects, Nuke daily:

1. Any reason for Windows 10 Pro? All the software will run on W10 Home and you could save some money.
2. 16GB won't get you any type of usable 4K editing on Premier Pro or Davinci Resolve. If you're going to edit 4K, you'll need 32GB
3. I believe the GTX1050ti is a previous gen GPU - I'd definitely recommend you look at the RTX range and due to their increased processing you'll need to up your Power Supply. There will be a price increase but it will save you money in the long run.
