£500 Gaming rig

So i got my rig from here a couple of months ago and now my friend wants a new computer. so his budget is £500, he was swinging towards some all in one thing from PC world but i thought i'd help him out abit.

So its mostly for gaming and he'd like to keep fps up whilst using fraps and stuff, any other information needed i can get it.
