I'd go down a very different route. With a modern AM5 platform, you get much more upgradability, rather than buying into a platform where you can never upgrade. And the performance is all-round better as well. This is presuming you have a decent 1440p high refresh rate display.

Case
FRACTAL FOCUS 2 ARGB GAMING CASE (BLACK) Much better case
Processor (CPU)

AMD Ryzen 7 7700 Eight Core CPU (3.8GHz-5.3GHz/40MB CACHE/AM5) More up-to-date (and upgradable) CPU

32GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR5 6000MHz (2 x 16GB) Modern DDR5 RAM
Graphics Card

16GB AMD RADEON™ RX 7800 XT GAMING - HDMI, DP - DX® 12 Much, much superior to the 4060 Ti, which isn't really a 1440p card
1st M.2 SSD Drive

512GB SOLIDIGM P44 PRO GEN 4 M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD (up to 7000MB/sR, 4700MB/sW) Boot drive
1st M.2 SSD Drive

2TB SOLIDIGM P41+ GEN 4 M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD (up to 4125MB/sR, 3325MB/sW) Game drive (more storage can be added easily later)
Power Supply

CORSAIR 850W RMx SERIES™ MODULAR 80 PLUS® GOLD, ULTRA QUIET Plenty of PSU capacity to allow for upgrades

Thanks so much for the reply, really appreciate it. Surprised by the AMD recommendation for the GPU!
Quite simply it's the best price to performance. The 4060 Ti is not a great card: significantly outperformed by AMD cards that cost the same price or less. Unless you need Nvidia specific features, there's basically no reason to buy it.

what do you think about the differences with DLSS and ray tracing, when we get to new games such as GTA6 or Elder scrolls for example?

If you're going to buy the 4070 Super or above, it's worth considering. But the 4060 Ti is not even a 1440p card. You're not turning ray tracing on with it anyway. The 7800 XT runs rings around it; DLSS won't make up the difference.
