Hi Guys I have "BenQ XL2411Z LED 24-inch W Gaming Monitor" and I dont know which cable I should use.

So my question is which cable is better for gaming 144hz with DVI or 60HZ with HDMI ?

Which cable I should use ?

Also Can I use 144hz with HDMI or not ?

Please help me about that, I am really confused.

144hz would be the sensible option, as you have paid for it based on it's features, you may as well use them.

144hz an only be achieved through DVI at the moment so it you would need to use that to achieve that refresh rate.
