15.6 Optimus V Intel AC-7260 Wireless card

I have this card in my machine and my Microsoft Sculpt Touch Bluetooth mouse keeps disconnecting. I have 3 of these mice and have also used them on different machines and so I'm pretty sure it's a problem with the card. I've posted on the Intel forums and I'm not the only one to have problems with this model.

So I thought I would just get the newer model 8260, so I placed order but didn't realise they came in different form factors and ended up with the wrong one. As the card is under the keyboard I let my local computer shop guy find out it was the wrong one and by the time I was back at the shop my laptop had been put back together so I never saw what sort of card I need to buy.

Can someone tell me which card I need please?

It comes in 2 variants, either a PCIe Half Mini Card or an M.2 format.

If you look through the product manual, it should tell you which port it's plugged into.

I bought an NGFF interface card which I think means M.2. I guess Intel don't make the newer card with the old interface, makes sense right! I think I will order one of these AzureWave Broadcom BCM94352HMB cards.

That's right then, NGFF is M.2.

No idea what those cards are like but is the right format.
