When can we expect 17" laptops to be available with option to have 13700H processor and DDR5?
DDR5 is available with higher and lower spec processors - 1360P or 13900HX and I don't want to go for lower performance or pay the premium for i9

These laptops are all end of life, new generations are about to be rolled out, so most stocks have gone.

The elimina Pro is the only one that still has the 13700h.
