18.4" Viper II graphics card question

Hi there guys,

Ive just joined the forum as im looking into getting a new laptop. Ive been looking at the 18.4" Viper II config, but ive noticed that the ATI 5165 graphics card says its directx 11, yet ATI themselves have told me that its only directx 10 compatible. Could someone please shed some light on this as Im very anxious about getting my laptop from PCS!

Sorry that was my bad choice of words. I'm very far from worried about buying from PCS as ive heard great things about the builds you do, and im very happy about having a customised laptop and being able to support a British company. I meant anxious in a good way,as in I can't wait to get it!

I know its not the greatest graphics card, but its far superior than my last geforce go 7900GS which happened to die on me whilst rendering work. I'd prefer a desktop, but because I have little space to put it and because my freelance job requires me to move about, this card should do just fine together with a i7-840QM processor ....until I find a place to put a monsterous desktop rig :)

Have you ever considered a mini PC? It's like a desktop but tiny, and may or may not be suitable for you, depending on how much power you need: http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/intel-mini-pcs/

Yeah I've had a look through the mini PCs but they just dont have the proccessing power that I need. Hopefully the Viper II config I've chosen will have enough power with my budget.
