It's very much awards season at the moment and currently that also includes the video game awards. The French have made some pretty good games, and so I'm not overly surprised to read that the French gaming industry has its own award ceremony. Looking through the Steam page for the event, there's some seriously good games that have been nominated this year, and have won in previous years.
