2nd monitor for Optimus laptop

I bought my wife an Optimus Series: 17.3" Matte Full HD 120Hz 45% NTSC LED Widescreen (1920x1080) which is very good. She wants to buy a second monitor. They can be bought from Amazon looking like a tablet which can be stood beside the laptop. Two questions. (1) Are there any gotchas in buying one of these (I can match the resolution of the Optimus) (2) Does PCSpecialist sell them?
