Does anyone know which variant of 3080 is used by PCS?

Palit, Zotac, Gigabyte (depends on what they can get in).

Asus Strix if you want to pay a premium.

Alternatively, if you've set your heart on a specific brand/model (like an FE or Suprim), then order a system without a GPU and fit your own.
