34" Ultra wide monitor recommendations

Morning, I'm relatively new to gaming PC's and the like and I'm wanting some advice on a new monitor. I would like a 34" ultra wide monitor @ 3440 1440 to go with the PC below.

I am reading that freesync monitors are good now with Nvidia graphics cards, but is that really the case? I have a 500 - 600 budget ideally, I know if i could go into the 000's that would be alot better but it's not an option. I'd like 144hz minimum as I'm currently using a 60hz 34" 2560 1440 monitor and getting probably on average 120FPS on the games I play.

Any advice would be greatly appreaciated.

Oh it's beautiful, especially with a G5 as a secondary monitor, up above it 😂
