5 short beeps at startup (no display unless re-plugged)

Hi,

So my PC arrived two days ago which is assembled by PC Specialist and since then it has been beeping 5-times (short beeps) whenever I restart my PC. I googled about the issue and it first it seemed like a CPU fault but then I realized that it's not because PC boots normally into the windows and everything works great. What I found is that my PC cannot detect my monitor when it starts, I tried turning on the monitor beforehand but still the monitor says "no signal detected" and PC gives me 5-short beeps and then loads into the windows screen.

Then I have to manually unplug the displayport and plug it again into the GFX card and then the monitor displays the windows login screen. Afterwards, its working perfectly and thermals are fantastic but unplugging and re-plugging the DP into the PC is very annoying.

Intel Core i7-12700F (2.10GHz, up to 4.90GHz, 25MB Cache)
Gigabyte B660 DS3H
16GB Corsair Vengeance
10GB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080
Corsair TX-M Series TX750m
PCSpecialist FrostFlow 240 ARGB AIO Liquid Cooler
1TB PCSpecialist PCIe M.2 SSD

Any advice on how to fix this issue? has it occured to others? Thanks alot!
One thing I know that my monitor (Samsung Odyssey G5) is working fine because I have been using it before flawlessly.

I think 5 short beeps isn't a GPU error beep code that is a CPU beep error which is odd, but could be some other quirk during POST that flags it as a CPU error I suppose?

If you don't do anything do you still need to disconnect the DP cable and reconnect it before the monitor will turn on? Or does it boot normally and the monitor will turn on once the PC has booted up?

Could it be that the monitor is 'searching' for a signal and it moves onto try HDMI (hence 'no signal')? You could try manually switching on the monitor from DP to HDMI and back to DP rather than unplugging the DP cable - its certainly still not a great fix but arguably better.

I know if my monitor isn't powered on when I turn on my PC I get a beep code (1 long 2 short, but I think its a different type of bios to yours) but it boots normally either way typically and the monitor comes on fine without intervention.

If there's no obvious fix here from someone else I'd suggest giving PCS a shout. After some quick googling of this issue today there's a post on TomsHardware of a similar problem which ultimately wasn't ever rectified, the motherboard was swapped out for that user. So definitely worth flagging with PCS in my opinion incase you need to go down that route.

Exactly! I've waited for 10 mints and nothings displays on the monitor unless I reconnect the DP cable again and then I am already into the windows login screen.
It could be as you said, the computer does not give signal to monitor when I start so my monitor shows me "no signal detected, going to sleep mode in 3 seconds" and then I hear 5 short-beeps from the PC but it loads normally into the windows at login screen.
I will also try to use both HDMI/DP cable to see if it works! Thanks for suggestion.

Update: Tried having both the HDMI & DP cable plugged in when starting the PC, and good its a work-around. I did not hear any beeps from the computer but I can observe that first DP being a primary source receives no signal from PC and goes to sleep, then immediately after the signal arrives (supported by hdmi perhaps) and I load normally into the login screen and remain connected to the DP cable as primary source. Not sure how sustainable this solution is for the long term.
