650 Pound Budget! Help

Hey guys, A friend of mine recently wanted to buy a new PC so i recommended him PCS As i've just ordered my PC from PCS myself.

Heres the trouble, He has a Budget of 650 Pound, He wants a build thats able to play games such as Rift, WoW and other new MMO'S, Other games such as the upcoming BF3 and maybe Crysis 2
He doesn't need an operating system as he already has one, The main purpose of the PC is to do some University work and Gaming.
