Hello, I don't know what the budget is exactly, what I have done is probably around the maximum cost. However, a charity I know is doing video editing. I am yet to find out what software they use. If final cut I know macs are what to use. But if Resolve or Adobe then AMD CPUs are probably the best from what I understand. Please correct me if I am wrong. Below are the spec and the link to edit the spec. Please any advice is helpful. I always believe if having a C Drive and D Drive they would need explaining to save most stuff on the D Drive and not the C Drive as that will be for OS mainly. As well as editing this will be used for Microsoft 365 and E-Mails mainly.
