We love you Ukraine
It looks good to me, although you’ll really want a 2080 super to game at 4K.

2070 super will probably go under 60fps a bit.

Thanks for the reply. Think I'm going to stick with the 2070 super as on a price perspective build will have cost me around 2300 in total inclduding the monitor and can't really justify the extra £200ish for the 2080 super when framerates might only drop under 60fps a bit.

You can make economies elsewhere in the build very easily to afford it.

If you can't afford £200 for a better GPU at 4k, you can't afford £140 for the R7 over the R5 3600 (where the difference at 4k will be minimal at most), £90 for the X570 over the X470, or £50 for the 970 Evo over the SX6000.

Thanks Oussebon, I am waiting to see the benchmarks for the 2080super in comparison with the 2070 super. I did toy with the idle of a 2080ti but decided against it.

Would you recommend i get Corsair H100x cooler instead of the standard AMD cpu cooler? From what I have read, the wraith cooler is quiet good but loud, loudness isn’t really an issue for me.

If you're happy spending the extra on the H100x, sure. It can help keep frequencies that bit higher. But not at the cost of a higher tier GPU - that is £70 after all.
