Are you sure? I have seen so much different info about my cpu, some say these temps are fine, and this cpu naturally runs hot. Others say that I shouldn't be seeing these temps.

But my cpu gets to a much higher temp when gaming, most of the time it is above 61.

No I don't. It says on the website linked here http://ark.intel.com/products/77779...ssor-Extreme-Edition-15M-Cache-up-to-4_00-GHz. That the tcase temp is 66.8 degrees C, I am not sure if that is maximum operating temp or if I am confused. I am just worrying a lot as this is my first good PC and I don't want to be killing it off.
http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Core_i7/Intel-Core i7-4960X Extreme Edition.html states that the max operating temp is 66.8 also.
Ah right! I didn't see that! So the CPU can deal with much more than 66.8 then?

As mentioned before yes. I would advice you to do more research on what is the meaning of Tcase.
