Advice for a laptop build

I am currently interested in buying a laptop, However I have no knowledge of what makes a good laptop, only desktops. The laptop is not for me and it would probably be used for light gaming and mainly just a responsive laptop. I mainly want to know about which processor and GPU would be best for my money as I don't want it to cost more than £800 but would like one that is fast and can play a few games. If anything it would be more of a general use laptop for my brother. If anything, the GPU doesn't matter an awful lot since any games can be played on my desktop which has a Phenom II X6 1100t and Amd 6870's in crossfire. Any advice on components would be helpful and also on what case to have. Also is the screen resolution for laptop worth upgrading it to 1920 x 1080?

This looks like what you will need, the only thing is the RAM, 4GB should be enough but you may want to get 1x4GB stick rather than 2x2GB. This would give you the opportunity to upgrade later, the only problem is that it is a little slower. Anyway here is the spec:

This proccessor is very good and should cope easily for what it looks like you are going to use this for. The graphics card is good for games and will be more than enough for what you need. For the screen, I definately reccommend the 1920x1080 and you can't downgrade the screen spec on this laptop chassis anyway. Best of luck!!!!

Thanks for the help. :) ram is the least of my worries since my current computer has 16gb and the laptop wont be running any memory intensive tasks.
